Ricoh Imaging is committed to providing high-quality optical equipment; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must include original packaging, accessories, and documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Equipment
Carefully pack the camera, lens, or accessory in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all protective inserts and lens caps are included to prevent transit damage.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
